Arm Day Video!

Here’s a new video I just recorded and put together today.

Here is exactly what the workout looked like for me if you’re interested in trying it yourself:

Dumbbell curls:
1. 8 reps – high weight
2. 6 reps – high weight
3. 6 reps – high weight
4. 12 reps – moderate weight
5. 10 reps – moderate weight
6. 20 reps – light weight

Tricep push down w/ resistance band:
1. 15 reps, 10 sec hold
2. 15 reps, 10 sec hold
3. 15 reps, 10 sec hold
4. 15 reps, 10 sec hold

Weight push up:
1. 5 reps – high weight
2. 5 reps – high weight
3. 4 reps – high weight *5 rep was failure

Decline push up:
1. 12 reps @ ~3 ft
2. 12 reps @ ~3 ft
3. 12 reps @ ~3 ft

Divebomb push up:
1. 4 reps
2. 4 reps
3. 4 reps
*I’m very weak at these

Behind head dumbbell tricep extension:
1. 12 reps – moderate weight
2. 12 reps – moderate weight
3. 12 reps – moderate weight

Barbell curl:
1. 15 reps – low weight
2. 5 reps – high weight
3. 5 reps – high weight
