Full body workout with, wait for it… PUSH UPS!
It’s no secret that I absolutely love push ups. What better blog to post, then, than a full body workout comprised of push up variations?
So, let’s get to it!
The variations are separated as follows:
Push up with jump squat
Push up with jump lunges
Push up with mountain climbers
Scorpion push up
Under the fence push up
Walking push up
Jump push up – military to wide positions
Decline push up
Dumbbell push up with left/right row
Wide push up
Push up with plank-to-bridge
Push up with plank hands-to-elbows
Clapping push up
Dumbbell push up with overhead press
Push up with spiderman
Push up with jump forward
Push up with jumping jack legs
Double crunch with roll to push up
